Selling Shareholder Questionnaire definition

Selling Shareholder Questionnaire shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

Selling Shareholder Questionnaire means a questionnaire in the form attached as Annex B hereto, or such other form of questionnaire as may reasonably be adopted by the Company from time to time.

• Each Holder agrees to furnish to the Company a completed Questionnaire in the form attached to this Agreement as Annex B (a "Selling Shareholder Questionnaire") not less than two Trading Days prior to the Filing Date or by the end of the fourth Trading Day following the date on which such Holder receives draft materials in accordance with this Section.

• Except as set forth in its Selling Shareholder Questionnaire, as of the date hereof, neither the Investor nor any of its Affiliates is the owner of record or the beneficial owner of Common Shares or securities convertible into or exchangeable for Common Shares.
