DIP Trust Deed definition

DIP Trust Deed means the trust deed entered into between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. as trustee relating to the Issuer's Debt Issuance Programme, as last amended and restated on or about 28 March 2022 (and, except as expressly provided in the definition of "Subordinated Notes", not as subsequently amended, supplemented or restated).
DIP Trust Deed means the trust deed entered into between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. as trustee relating to the Issuer's Debt Issuance Programme, as last amended and restated on or about 27 March 2024 (and, except as expressly provided in the definition of "Subordinated Notes", not as subsequently amended, supplemented or restated).

Related to DIP Trust Deed

  • Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Master Trust Deed means the Master Trust Deed dated 8 October 1997 between Party B and the Manager, as amended from time to time.

  • this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed (as from time to time altered in accordance with this Trust Deed) and any other document executed in accordance with this Trust Deed (as from time to time so altered) and expressed to be supplemental to this Trust Deed;

  • Notes Trustee has the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.

  • Bond Trustee Fee Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee relating among other things to the fees to be paid by the Issuer to the Bond Trustee for its obligations relating to the Bonds.
