Digital Files definition

Digital Files means those JA Programs, JA Materials, and JA Worldwide Brand (whether provided and licensed by JA Worldwide or provided and licensed by JA Affiliates or created by Junior Achievement USA) existing in electronic and digital means, whether on computer disk, CD Rom, electronic mail, via the Internet or via any other medium now existing or developed at a later time.

Digital Files means all purchasable/downloadable electronic content created by Factory Fortress INC, including but not limited to .stl format files and any other formats that may be used for 3D printing. “3D Printed Models” include all physical models printed or otherwise created from the Digital Files.
