Diagnostic Materials definition

Diagnostic Materials means any materials and items including diagnostic and test routines, programs, manuals, documentation and data that Fujitsu makes available to the Supplier to facilitate the provision of the Services.
Diagnostic Materials means the materials used by FUJITSU for the purpose of carrying out diagnostic or routine testing of Equipment, including but not limited to software, manuals, documentation and data;

Examples of Diagnostic Materials in a sentence

  • Title in the Diagnostic Materials and Fujitsu Property shall at all times remain with Fujitsu.

  • Risk in the Diagnostic Materials and Fujitsu Property will pass to the Supplier whilst they are in the Supplier’s possession or control during which time the Supplier will at its own expense keep the Diagnostic Materials and Fujitsu Property safe and in good order and insure them against fire, theft and other risks up to the full replacement value.

  • Customer shall use Diagnostic Materials solely in the manner and for the purposes specified by Fujitsu and shall follow Fujitsu’s advice for their use.

  • Under no circumstances may Customer provide such Diagnostic Materials to any third party, other than Fujitsu Authorized Support Providers (ASP) as directed or allowed by Fujitsu.

  • Customer shall permit Fujitsu at all reasonable times to audit the use of Diagnostic Materials and to remove Diagnostic Materials.

  • Drugs, etc charges: MRI, PET Scan, CT scan, Endoscopy, Ultra sound, Anesthesia, Dialysis, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Blood, Oxygen, Operation Theatre Charges, Surgical Appliances, Medicines & Drugs, Diagnostic Materials, X- ray, Cost of Prosthetic devices implanted during surgical procedure, relevant Laboratory/ Diagnostic test, X- Ray and any such medical expenses related to the treatment shall be reimbursed as per actual.

Related to Diagnostic Materials

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;
