The Steering Committee will be composed of three representatives appointed by Diacrin and three representatives appointed by Genzyme.

Diacrin/Genzyme LLC shall maintain product liability insurance with respect to development, manufacture and sales of Collaboration Products in an amount reasonably believed by Genzyme and Diacrin to be adequate and customary for the development, manufacture and sale of novel therapeutic products.
