EDFR means the Eurosystem Deposit Facility Rate, the rate on the deposit facility, which banks may use to make overnight deposits with the Eurosystem (comprising the European Central Bank and the national central banks of those countries that have adopted the Euro) as published on the Website of the European Central Bank;
Senior Stock means any class or series of stock of the Company now existing or hereafter authorized which has preference or priority over the Series F Preferred Stock as to the payment of dividends or in the distribution of assets on any voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company.
Reporting Company means a company that is obligated to file periodic reports under Sections 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act.
RCPSC means the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Chief of Staff means the medical staff member appointed by the Board to serve as such in accordance with the Public Hospitals Act and the Professional Staff By-law;
