This includes (without limitation) situations where either an incorrect sum of money has been paid or where Devolved Budget monies have been paid in error before all conditions attaching to the Delegated Budget have been complied with by the School.
The amount of the Devolved Budget shall not be increased in the event of any overspend by the School in its delivery of the Programme.
The Devolved Budget shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior written agreement of the Council.

The School shall keep all invoices, receipts, and accounts and any other relevant documents relating to the expenditure of the Devolved Budget for a period of at least six years following receipt of any Devolved Budget monies to which they relate.
