Examples of Devolved Budget in a sentence

  • This includes (without limitation) situations where either an incorrect sum of money has been paid or where Devolved Budget monies have been paid in error before all conditions attaching to the Delegated Budget have been complied with by the School.

  • The amount of the Devolved Budget shall not be increased in the event of any overspend by the School in its delivery of the Programme.

  • The Devolved Budget shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior written agreement of the Council.

  • No Devolved Budget shall be paid unless and until the Council is satisfied that such payment will be used for proper expenditure in the delivery of the Project.

  • The School shall keep all invoices, receipts, and accounts and any other relevant documents relating to the expenditure of the Devolved Budget for a period of at least six years following receipt of any Devolved Budget monies to which they relate.

Related to Devolved Budget

  • Approved Budget means an annual budget-

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Discretionary Capital Expenditures.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means each annual work plan and budget (including related cash forecasts) for the implementation of the Project approved by the Association, referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and “Annual Work Plans and Budgets” means, collectively, all such plans and budgets.

  • Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.
