Development Specification definition

Development Specification means a written presentation prepared by Developer and accepted in writing by Mototech, specifically identifying the requirements of the Final Release of the Product, including without limitation a detailed description of the features, functions and performance requirements of the Product and the Test Plan for the Product.
Development Specification means the CYSTRIN slow-release mode preformulation developed by Mendxxx for clinical trials and approved by Leiras.
