Developer Land definition

Developer Land means the land on which any portion of the Project is located that is owned by the Developer.
Developer Land means Xxx 0, Xxxxxxx X XX0000, otherwise known as 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx. Development means the development described in Development Application DA/2018/188 on the Developer Land for which Development Consent was granted by the Council on 31 October 2019, as modified from time to time. Development Application has the same meaning as in the Act. Development Consent has the same meaning as in the Act. Development Contribution means a monetary contribution, the dedication of land free of cost, the carrying out of work, or the provision of any other material public benefit, or any combination of them, to be used for, or applied towards a public purpose, but does not include any Security or other benefit provided by a Party to the Council to secure the enforcement of that Party’s obligations under this Deed for the purposes of section 7.4(3)(g) of the Act.
Developer Land means the land located in the District owned by the Developer, more particularly described as Lot 33-016 on Tax Map 12, and in deed from Rich Tool & Die Company, to ODAT Realty Holdings, Inc., recorded in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds in Book 15798, Page 137.

  • Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.
