Detailed Engineering Design definition

Detailed Engineering Design means the Detailed Engineering Design for the Project, which shall be prepared by the Concessionaire pursuant to the Concession Agreement and the Minimum Performance Standards and Specifications.
Detailed Engineering Design means the complete engineering to be performed by GENERAL CONTRACTOR as necessary to allow procurement, construction, commissioning and operation of the PROESATM Plant.
Detailed Engineering Design means the detailed engineering design, including plans, drawings, specifications, and design computations for Phase II and the Phase I Adjustment Works, prepared by the Concessionaire in accordance with the Concession Agreement.

More Definitions of Detailed Engineering Design

Detailed Engineering Design or “DED” means the preparation of and the actual detailed engineering designs, plans/drawings and cost estimates, supported by design analysis and calculations, brochures, catalogues, and technical specifications.

Related to Detailed Engineering Design

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2016, prepared internally by the Borrower.

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Engineering Report means the Initial Engineering Report and each engineering report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.

As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.
