Depository Agency. The Depository Trust Company or a successor appointed by the Indenture Trustee. Any successor to the Depository shall be an organization registered as a "clearing agency" pursuant to Section 17A of the Exchange Act and the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder.
