Required Subordinated Amount means, as of a date, the sum of:
Subordinated Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the LIBOR Certificates as of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to the payment of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Certificates on such Distribution Date).
Subordinated Loan means a loan obligation of any corporation, partnership, trust or other business entity that is (i) (whether by its terms or otherwise) subordinate in right of payment or security to any other debt for borrowed money incurred by the Obligor under such loan and (ii) not a Second Lien Loan or a First Lien/Last Out Loan.
Subordinated Loan Documents means the Subordinated Credit Agreement, the promissory notes executed and delivered pursuant to the Subordinated Credit Agreement, and each other agreement, instrument, or document executed by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their Responsible Officers in connection with the Subordinated Credit Agreement.
Original Subordinated Principal Balance The aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the Subordinated Certificates as of the Closing Date.
