Demo Version means a non-functional version of the Software that is used for the purpose of demonstrating the look and feel of the Software.

Demo Version means a performance constrained version of the Software that is licensed by Cisco to end users solely for internal use in a non-production environment for demonstration and evaluation purposes.

• You may choose to use a trial version or Demo Version of ZYLIA Software if the installer of ZYLIA Software allows it.

• Demo Version is a restricted version that lacks some of the features available in a full version of ZYLIA Software.

• Demo Version may be used only to evaluate the software and decide whether the User wants to buy a full version of ZYLIA Software.

More Definitions of Demo Version

Demo Version means the demonstration version of the Software described in clause 2.1(a). Documentation means the user guide, help information and/or other documentation provided by Licensor with the Software.

Demo Version has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement. Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement does not cover manufacturing, supply or other services with respect to the Demo Version.

Demo Version means the demonstration version of the device relating to the Product that is provided by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries to Third Parties for training purposes.
