Demo Version definition

Demo Version means a small portion of an applicable Software Title that is provided to end users at no or minimal cost to advertise or promote a Software Title.
Demo Version means the demonstration version of the Software described in clause 2.1(a). Documentation means the user guide, help information and/or other documentation provided by Licensor with the Software.
Demo Version has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement. Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement does not cover manufacturing, supply or other services with respect to the Demo Version.

More Definitions of Demo Version

Demo Version means a non-functional version of the Software that is used for the purpose of demonstrating the look and feel of the Software.

In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data.
