Demand Fee definition

Demand Fee. The term “Demand Fee” shall mean the fee XTO shall pay to ETF, which will be equal to the fee as described in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇.
Demand Fee shall have the meaning given such term in Article VIII.

  • Such Excess Demand Fee shall be billed by Landlord and paid by Tenant as Additional Rent under the Lease.

More Definitions of Demand Fee

Demand Fee means percentage of Revenue charged as per the corresponding slab set out towards the demand generation for the Property through managing all the demand channels, both online and offline, including but not limited to One24 Platform, “online aggregation platform’s”, One24 offline sales, One24 call center, walk-ins and may or may not include fees for Value Added Services or Products. However, Demand Fee shall be reduced to the extent of any discounts and incentives offered by One24 from time to time.
Demand Fee shall have the meaning set forth on Exhibit E.
Demand Fee means the flat fee charged quarterly based on meter size. All customers will be charged the same for their respective meter size.
