DELIVERY ORDERS definition

DELIVERY ORDERS means irrevocable, written purchase orders for PRODUCTS which specify the (i) product(s), by SKU, (ii) quantity to be delivered, (iii) designated carrier and (iv) requested delivery date. SONOMED shall purchase for delivery a minimum of 10 units of Product at any one time.
