Delivery Applicant definition

Delivery Applicant means a beneficial owner of Shares who is not an Authorized Participant and wishes to surrender part or all of the Shares he or she holds for the purpose of taking Delivery of Physical Gold in the amount of Trust Property represented by those Shares;

  • Except as provided in the following sentence, where there is a shipment from the Custodian of Physical Gold to a person other than a Delivery Applicant, all right, title and risk in and to such Physical Gold shall pass at the Point of Delivery to the relevant person for whose account the Physical Gold is being delivered.

  • The applicable Authorized Participant, Delivery Applicant, Registered Owner or Beneficial Owner agrees to indemnify the Sponsor, the Trustee and the Trust if any of them is required by law to pay any such tax, charge or fee, together with any applicable penalties, additions to tax and interest thereon.

  • Project applicant means the person submitting a Landscape Documentation Package required under Section 2.1 to request a permit, plan check, or design review from the local agency. A project applicant may be the property owner or his or her designee.
