Delisting Date definition

Delisting Date means, if the Warrants are delisted, the effective date of their delisting from, or permanent suspension from trading on, the AMEX or another United States national securities exchange and failure to list the Warrants on another United States national securities exchange.
Delisting Date means the date referred to in Section 6.7, being the fourteenth day after all the conditions referred to in Section 7.1(a) to (f) have been satisfied or waived (if applicable).
