Delegated Authorities definition

Delegated Authorities is defined in Section 3.1(w).
Delegated Authorities means such authorities delegated by the Board to the Manager from time to time;
Delegated Authorities means the options available (i) to you to set transaction and single User authorisation limits and to delegate authority to your Corporate Administrator, and thereafter (ii) to your Corporate Administrator to delegate various powers, permissions and levels of authority to, and impose limits on, Users pursuant to Condition 3.

  • Specific limits on the authority delegated to the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director and the Executive Team must be set out in the Delegated Authorities approved by the Board.

  • Any financial limits in these Standing Orders and the Schedule of Decisions Reserved for the Trust Board and the Scheme of Delegated Authorities may be varied by resolution of the Trust Board at any time.

  • Road authority means each governmental agency with jurisdiction over public streets and highways. Road authority includes the department, any other state agency, and intergovernmental, county, city, and village governmental agencies responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of streets and highways. When a street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system over public streets and highways over which more than 1 road authority possesses jurisdiction, road authority includes each road authority with jurisdiction over public streets and highways upon which the street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system.

  • requested authority means a competent administrative authority which has been designated by a Party for this purpose and which receives a request for assistance on the basis of this Protocol;

  • Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.

  • Authorized Authority means, in relation to any Person, transaction or event, any (A) federal, provincial, municipal or local governmental body (whether administrative, legislative, executive or otherwise), both domestic and foreign, (B) agency, authority, commission, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government, (C) court, arbitrator, commission or body exercising judicial, quasi-judicial, administrative or similar functions, and (D) other body or entity created under the authority of or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any of the foregoing, including any stock or other securities exchange, in each case having jurisdiction over such Person, transaction or event; and

  • Authorities means the various governmental and quasi-governmental bodies or agencies having jurisdiction over Seller, the Real Property, the Improvements, or any portion thereof.

  • Governmental Authorities means governments, regulatory authorities, governmental departments, agencies, commissions, bureaus, officials, ministers, Crown corporations, courts, bodies, boards, tribunals or dispute settlement panels or other law, rule or regulation-making organizations or entities:

  • customs authorities means customs authorities as defined in Article 5, point (1), of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013;

  • contracting authorities means the State, regional or local authorities, bodies governed by public law or associations formed by one or more such authorities or one or more such bodies governed by public law;

  • second authority means the authority to which a mover is liable to make payments for the new dwelling;

  • Authority means any governmental, regulatory or administrative body, agency or authority, any court or judicial authority, any arbitrator, or any public, private or industry regulatory authority, whether international, national, Federal, state, or local.

  • Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;

  • Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.

  • Award Authority means the authority having the jurisdiction to award the Contract according to the City’s by-laws, policies or procedures;

  • Necessary Authorizations means all approvals and licenses from, and all filings and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including, without limiting the foregoing, the Licenses and all approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to own, construct, maintain, and operate communications tower facilities and to invest in other Persons who own, construct, maintain, manage and operate communications tower facilities.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Required Authorisation means any authorisation, consent, declaration, licence, permit, exemption, approval or other document, whether imposed by or arising in connection with any law, regulation, custom, contract, security or otherwise howsoever which must be obtained at any time from any person, Government Entity, central bank or other self-regulating or supra-national authority in order to enable the Borrowers lawfully to borrow the loan or draw any Advance and/or to enable any Security Party lawfully and continuously to continue its corporate existence and/or perform all its obligations whatsoever whensoever arising and/or grant security under the relevant Security Documents and/or to ensure the continuous validity and enforceability thereof;

  • Appointing authority means the head of an employing unit authorized by ordinance or City Charter to employ others on behalf of the City, or a designated management representative. The term includes and can be used interchangeably with department head, department director, superintendent, and chief.

  • Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
