Deferred Payment Agreement (PD) definition

Deferred Payment Agreement (PD) means the Deferred Payment Agreement (Class 7(a) PD) dated as of even date herewith between Grace and the Trust (PD) (as defined in the Deferred Payment Agreement (PD)).
