Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.

Pool Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the funds eligible for distribution to the Holders of the Certificates on such Distribution Date, which shall be the sum of (i) all previously undistributed payments or other receipts on account of principal and interest on or in respect of the Mortgage Loans (including, without limitation, the proceeds of any repurchase of a Mortgage Loan by the Seller and any Substitution Principal Amount) received by the Master Servicer with respect to the applicable Remittance Date in the month of such Distribution Date and any Unscheduled Principal Receipts received by the Master Servicer on or prior to the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date, (ii) all Periodic Advances made by a Servicer pursuant to the related Servicing Agreement or Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.03 and (iii) all other amounts required to be placed in the Certificate Account by the Servicer on or before the applicable Remittance Date or by the Master Servicer or the Trustee on or prior to the Distribution Date, but excluding the following:

REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:
Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of: (a) all Principal Prepayments received on the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period (or, in the case of the Outside Serviced Mortgage Loans, all Principal Prepayments received during the period that renders them includable in the Aggregate Available Funds for such Distribution Date); and (b) any other collections (exclusive of payments by Mortgagors) received on the Mortgage Loans and, to the extent of the Trust’s interest therein, any REO Properties during the related Collection Period (or, in the case of an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan or any interest in REO Property acquired with respect thereto, all such proceeds received during the period that renders them includable in the Aggregate Available Funds for such Distribution Date), whether in the form of Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation proceeds, net income, rents, and REO Proceeds or otherwise, that were identified and applied by the Master Servicer (and/or, in the case of an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the related Outside Servicer) as recoveries of previously unadvanced principal of the related Mortgage Loan.
Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.
Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the scheduled principal payments (if any) on the Mortgage Loans due on the related Due Date, (ii) the principal portion of proceeds received with respect to any Mortgage Loan which was purchased or repurchased pursuant to a Purchase Obligation or as permitted by this Agreement during the Prior Period and (iii) any other unscheduled payments of principal which were received with respect to any Mortgage Loan during the Prior Period, other than Payoffs, Curtailments, Liquidation Principal and Subsequent Recoveries.
Allocation Amount means, as of the Closing Date, the Series 2017-1 Stated Principal Amount and on any date of determination thereafter, the sum of, without duplication, (a) the Allocation Amount determined as of the later of the Closing Date or the date of determination immediately prior to the then current date of determination, plus (b) the amount of all increases in the Series 2017-1 Stated Principal Amount resulting from the issuance of additional Series 2017-1 Notes since the prior date of determination, plus (c) all reimbursements, as provided in Section 4.04(e) or otherwise, of reductions in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge-Offs or Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, minus (d) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge-Offs since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.07, minus (e) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to the application of Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.08, minus (f) the amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account or (without duplication) deposited into the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 4.05(c) or paid to the Series 2017-1 Noteholders (in each case, after giving effect to any deposits, allocations, reallocations or withdrawals to be made on that day) since the prior date of determination; provided, however, that (1) the Allocation Amount may never be less than zero, (2) the Allocation Amount may never be greaterthan the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount and (3) if there is a sale of Collateral in accordance with Section 4.14, the Allocation Amount will be reduced to zero upon such sale.
Principal Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.
Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.
Accrual Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or prior to the Accretion Termination Date, an amount equal to the amount of the Accrued Certificate Interest on the Accrual Certificates that is added to the Certificate Principal Balance thereof on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(h).
Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Final Collection Date means the date on or following the Termination Date on which the Outstanding Loan Amount has been reduced to zero and all other Borrower Obligations have been paid in full.
Group I Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.
Accumulation Amount means $83,333,333.34; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.
Group II Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.
Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).
Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.
Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).
Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.
