Defective Raw Material means a Raw Material not meeting cGMP or any other quality standards agreed in writing between the Parties and/or the Specifications;

Related to Defective Raw Material
Raw Material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.
Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
Nonconforming lot means a lot that met dimensional requirements of the applicable master program at the time of its establishment but now contains less than the required width, depth or area due to subsequent changes to the master program.
Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.
Material Defect As defined in Section 2.02(c) hereof.
