Dedicated Street(s) definition

Dedicated Street(s) means those areas, including curbing, turn lanes, and all corresponding concrete paving, to be constructed, modified, or improved within: (1) that portion of the Development Area designated as Dedicated Street right-of-way (or similar terminology) on Exhibit B, (2) Highway 50 right-of-way,
Dedicated Street(s) means any areas, including curbing and turn lanes, to be dedicated as public right-of-way and constructed, modified, or improved within the Development Area
Dedicated Street(s) means those areas, including curbing, turn lanes, and all corresponding concrete paving to be constructed, modified, or improved within: (1) that portion of the Development Area designated as Dedicated Street right-of-way (or similar terminology) on Exhibit B, (2) Schram Road right-of- way, and (3) any other areas to be dedicated as right-of-way pursuant to any future replat(s) of the Development Area.

  • The “Lighting System” for any Dedicated Streets to be constructed and installed by OPPD within the boundaries of any Dedicated Street right-of-way within the Development Area, including any decorative, ornamental, or other lighting not conforming to CITY standards but which has been specifically approved by CITY.

Related to Dedicated Street(s)

  • Streets means the surface of, and the space above and below, any and all streets, avenues, highways, boulevards, concourses, driveways, bridges, tunnels, parks, parkways, waterways, docks, bulkheads, wharves, piers, public grounds, and public places or waters within and belonging to the Franchising Authority and any other property within the Franchise Area to the extent to which there exist public easements or public rights-of-way.

  • Dedicated (cross-connect) means cross-connect that provides network connectivity solely to the trading platforms, market data systems, and test systems of MIAX Emerald. The following connection is Dedicated to MIAX Emerald: 10 Gigabit ULL.

  • Critical infrastructure means a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.

  • Roads means streets, roads, and highways.
