Dedicated FTEs means the full-time equivalent employees, including supervisors, direct support personnel (e.g. trainers) and other members of the PROVIDER management identified and agreed to by CUSTOMER, dedicated to the performance of the Services from time to time.

Examples of Dedicated FTEs in a sentence

  • Establish an efficient and effective means to control updates, modifications and other changes to the Agreement, including, without limitation, the scope of the Services, Dedicated FTEs, Performance Standards, Charges, Exhibits, Schedules and PSAs.
