Decommissioning Escrow definition

Decommissioning Escrow means, in respect of each Purchaser, an escrow established pursuant to the terms of the applicable Decommissioning Adjustment Escrow Agreement.

  • Escrow Agent has no liability under and no duty to inquire as to the provisions of the Order, the Decommissioning Escrow Account Plan and Agreement, and the Order Approving Escrow Plan and Agreement or any document other than this Agreement, including without limitation any other agreement between ▇▇▇▇▇ Harvest or any other persons even though reference thereto may be made herein and whether or not a copy of such document has been provided to Escrow Agent.

  • The Decommissioning Reserve Account is to be held until Decommissioning Completion pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Decommissioning Escrow Agreement, or a Disposition Event pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Decommissioning Escrow Agreement and thereafter disbursed in accordance with Section 5.5 above and the Decommissioning Escrow Agreement.

  • The affected Parties and the Escrow Agent shall execute and deliver the Decommissioning Adjustment Escrow Agreement at the Closing and such Decommissioning Adjustment Reserve shall be deposited into the Decommissioning Escrow.

  • Decommissioning means final operational activities at a site to dismantle site structures, to decontaminate site surfaces and remaining structures, to stabilize and contain residual radioactive material, and to carry out any other activities to prepare the site for postoperational care.

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
