DECISIONAL AUTHORITY definition

DECISIONAL AUTHORITY. – shall mean the College manager or unit who initially opines on whether the Respondent has violated the Policy and, if so, the nature and extent of the discipline and/or remedial action to be imposed or recommended.
DECISIONAL AUTHORITY. -- shall mean the Executive Vice President for Student Affairs and the Provost/Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs.

  • Revisional Authority means an authority appointed or authorised for revision of decision or orders as referred to in section 108;
