De-Scope Component definition
De-Scope Component means a component of the Project scope, if any, that the City will delete on the occurrence of an Over Budget Event as set out herein.

Service Component means certain enabling Software, hardware peripherals and associated documentation which may be separately provided by Symantec as an incidental part of a Service.
Biomarker testing means the analysis of an Insured’s tissue, blood, or other biospecimen for the presence of a Biomarker. "Biomarker testing" includes but is not limited to single-analyte tests, multi-plex panel tests, protein expression, whole exome, whole genome, and whole transcriptome sequencing.
Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.
Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.
Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".
