Concerned DCCB shall be Nodal Agent for its loanee, staff, depositors etc.
In case of incomplete/inaccurate/data not received within the prescribed time, INSURANCE COMPANY will issue a reminder to the concerned DCCB with intimation to RSCB.
After a period of 15 days from the date of the reminder, if the complete data is not received, the deposit will be refunded to the respective DCCB.
In case of non-receipt of data within 30 days of date of receipt of deposit, the deposit will be refunded to the respective DCCBs. The DCCB will be responsible to remit the refunded money to the respective members.
