  • Effective July 1, 2008, up to two positions, a Criminalist and/or Supervising Criminalist, assigned, in writing to serve as a DNA Technical Leader shall receive a 5% pay differential of the employee’s standard hourly salary rate, effective on the first day of the pay period following the written assignment.
