DBAB Side Letter definition

DBAB Side Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, entered into by Deutsche Bank Alex. ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc., MFN, the Borrower and the Servicer relating to Take-Out Securitizations.
