D&B Project definition

D&B Project means a design and build Project, and, where such Project relates to the provision of Education Sector Services, for which the Project Agreement is based on the Template Project Agreement set out at Section 2 (Design and Build Development Agreement) of Schedule 7 (Template Project Agreements);
D&B Project means that part of the Project included in the DB Work but excludes such portion of the Project that is expressly excluded from the DB Work by the terms of this Agreement.
D&B Project means the Design-Build Construction Project and all the work required to be performed and completed under the Contract, including furnishing all design services, labor, goods, materials, supplies, equipment and other incidentals reasonably necessary for the successful completion of all of the work required to be performed and completed under the Contract.

  • The DB Project Manager’s monthly salary rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the DB Project Manager is directly managing the Project.

  • In accordance with the Standard of Care, Laws, Applicable Standards, the Technical Requirements, this Agreement and the other Contract Documents, Contractor shall be responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the development, design and construction of the DB Project and shall develop and provide to Concessionaire the Quality Management System Plan in accordance with this Agreement and the Technical Requirements.

  • The DB Work shall include the start-up of components, calibration of controls, initial operation of the DB Project and each portion thereof, total system function and verification tests and all other start-up and initial operation functions pertaining to the DB Project.

  • Unless otherwise required by the Contract Documents, Contractor’s “Safety Representative” shall be an individual stationed at the Project Right of Way who may have responsibilities on the DB Project in addition to safety.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement (including those items expressly excluded by Exhibit P), all obligations of Concessionaire under the Comprehensive Agreement with respect to the design, construction and completion of the DB Project shall be deemed to be included as part of Contractor’s obligations hereunder and shall be fulfilled by Contractor on behalf of Concessionaire as part of the DB Work.

  • Contractor agrees to exhaust all reasonable repair and replacement alternatives in order that the DB Project might attain the Performance Guarantees.


More Definitions of D&B Project

D&B Project means Work to be performed as set forth in the Contract, including furnishing all design, services, labor, goods, materials, supplies, equipment and other incidentals reasonably necessary for the successful completion of Work contemplated under the Contract.

Related to D&B Project

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking
