Data library definition

Data library means the electronic repository of all approved data files that may be downloaded to player terminals or utilized to facilitate game play on a SSEGS or SHEGS, including:
Data library means all of each of Borrower's and the Guarantors' library of proprietary seismic reports and other data.
Data library means the presently owned and hereafter acquired multi-client seismic data of Grant and the Designated Affiliates, which is marketed broadly on a non-exclusive basis to persons in the oil and gas industry.

Data library means the library of Data of the Debtor's available to be sold or licensed to third parties by the Debtors.

"Debt" means as to any Person at any time (without duplication as to such Person and as to such Person's Subsidiaries): (a) all obligations of such Person for borrowed money, (b) all obligations of such Person evidenced by bonds, notes, debentures, or other similar instruments, (c) all obligations of such Person to pay the deferred purchase price of property or services, except trade accounts payable of such Person arising in the ordinary course of business that are not past due by more than one hundred twenty (120) days or which are being contested in good faith and for which adequate reserves have been established, (d) all Capital Lease Obligations of such Person, (e) all obligations secured by a Lien existing on property owned by such Person, whether or not the obligations secured thereby have been assumed by such Person or are non-recourse to the credit of such Person, (f) all reimbursement obligations of such Person (whether contingent or otherwise) in respect of letters of credit, bankers' acceptances, surety or other bonds and similar instruments, (g) all liabilities of such Person in respect of unfunded vested benefits under any Plan, and (h) all Contingent Liabilities.
Data library means the applicable U.S. Borrower’s or Canadian Borrower’s onshore and offshore three dimensional (3D), two dimensional (2D) and multi-component seismic data.
Data library means all of each of Company's and its Subsidiaries' multi-client data library of proprietary seismic reports and other data as reflected in the consolidated balance sheet of Company.
Data library means the presently owned and hereafter acquired multi-client seismic data of the Borrower, which is marketed broadly on a non-exclusive basis to Persons in the oil and gas industry.
