Data Internet Services Clause Samples

Data Internet Services. (a) In consideration for the payment of the Fees, we will supply the Data & Internet Services as set out in your Application. (b) You acknowledge and agree that: (i) the Data & Internet Services are subject to the service limitations set out in clause 16 of the General Terms; (ii) Data & Internet Services are not available in all geographical areas or to every premises and we are not under any obligation to provide the Data & Internet Services if the Site does not pass a service qualification or otherwise cannot feasibly be serviced by us or our Suppliers; (iii) Data & Internet Services are not fault proof and may not be suitable for you if you require uninterrupted and full fault tolerant services; and (iv) it is your responsibility to assess your circumstances to determine the appropriateness of the Mobile Services for your needs.
