Data Hosting Services definition

Data Hosting Services means the provision of hardware, systems, Software and infrastructure required to store and manage access to data, including any disaster recovery or business continuity related processes.
Data Hosting Services means and include website and data hosting services as specified in Section 3.1.
Data Hosting Services is a hosting service for CrashPlan PRO software. You may choose use these Data Hosting Services to back up your data to Code 42. If you choose to use these Data Hosting Services, Code 42 will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Data Hosting Services to you under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • Clause 2.3 stated that it “shall not impact upon the Data Hosting Services Agreement between the parties dated September 15, 2010”.

Related to Data Hosting Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
