TLAER Level definition

TLAER Level means the risk action levels, as identified under that name in OAR 340-245-8010 Table 1, below which a new or reconstructed source will be considered to be in compliance with these rules, and above which will require the owner or operator of the new or reconstructed source to demonstrate that its significant TEUs meet TLAER, under OAR 340-245-0050(2)(b).
TLAER Level means the Risk Action Levels, as identified under that name in OAR 340-245-8010 Table 1, below which a new or reconstructed facility will be considered to be in compliance with Cleaner Air Oregon rules, and above which will require the owner or operator to demonstrate that its equipment meets TLAER.
TLAER Level means the risk action levels applicable to new and reconstructed sources as identified under that name in OAR 340-245-8010 Table 1.

Related to TLAER Level

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage

  • Order Level means the price indicated in the Order.
