Daily Factor definition

Daily Factor means, with respect to each day in a Management Fee Calculation Period, an amount, expressed as a percentage, determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion (acting in a commercially reasonable manner) in accordance with the following formula:

Examples of Daily Factor in a sentence

  • For any day on which a Daily Factor for a SLGS Demand Deposit Security is not published, the applicable daily factor will be the Daily Factor that was in effect on the preceding day.
