The Developer confirms that it shall not specify or knowingly authorise and shall procure that CWCL shall not specify or knowingly authorise any of the Prohibited Materials for use in the Base Building Works and that it has used and will continue to use the skill and care required by clause 6.
The Owner/Company/BPCL means the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, incorporated in India having its registered office at 4 & 6, Currimbhoy Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 or their successors or assigns
CW means current City of Winnipeg Standard Construction Specification;
Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
