Cutoff Date Adjusted Pool Balance means the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date.
Cutoff Date Adjusted Pool Balance means the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date (i.e., $1,536,386,784.98).
