Customer Use definition

Customer Use means use in the Field, specifically excluding any use that (i) is not in accordance with the Product’s Specifications or Documentation, (ii) requires grants of rights or a license to Application Specific IP or Affiliate Application Specific IP, (iii) is a re-use of a previously used Consumable, (iv) is the disassembling, reverse-engineering, reverse-compiling, or reverse-assembling of the Product, (v) is the separation, extraction, or isolation of components of Consumables or other unauthorized analysis of the Consumables, (vi) gains access to or determines the methods of operation of the Product, (vii) is the use of a non-Illumina reagent/consumable with Illumina Hardware (unless the Specifications or Documentation state otherwise), or (viii) is the transfer to a third-party of, or sub-licensing of, Software or third-party software.
Customer Use means a use of Tenant’s services in either Banking Center or ATM unit performed pursuant to a single even of access by Customer, regardless of the number of individual transaction performed during that event of access. In the event Tenant’s reporting system is unable to distinguish between a single access and multiple transactions performed the highest number of uses shall be considered Customer Use.

Examples of Customer Use in a sentence

  • All Customer Use shall be consistent with the applicable Documentation.

  • To the extent that Customer Use might involve telemarketing, solicitation, or substantial outbound activities, Customer shall maintain and enforce an accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date internal “do not call” list to prevent contacting parties that do not wish to receive further communications.

  • Regardless of any such approval, 8x8 shall have no liability for or obligation to support such Customer Use with/through any equipment that is not a Supported Device.

  • All Customer Use, and all use and transport of Ordered Equipment by or on behalf of Customer or its Affiliate in connection with the SaaS Services, shall comply with all applicable Requirements.

  • All Customer Use (other than via an 8x8 desktop or mobile application) shall be via equipment then-listed as supported by 8x8 at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“Supported Devices”) or approved in advance in writing by 8x8 for such Customer Use.

  • You are responsible for applicable fees until we receive the Customer Use Equipment.

  • If we do not receive the Customer Use Equipment within a reasonable amount of time after the Services are terminated, we are entitled to assume that you have lost the Customer Use Equipment.

  • We might delete this information if, for example, the applicable Service account has gone unused for an extended period of time, if this Agreement has been terminated by you or us, or if we replace Customer Use Equipment that holds such information.

  • While the Terms do not prohibit Customer Use outside of the Primary Market, 8x8 makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the compliance of Customer Use with prohibitions or restrictions imposed by Law, carriers, ISPs, etc.

  • Customer has obtained all consents, licenses, rights, authorizations, and/or permits and has provided all disclosures and notices/notifications required (including without limitation under Marketing, Data Protection, or Monitoring Laws) for or in connection with Customer Use or related to Registration Information or any personal data therein.

Documentation may be provided (including by reference to a website) with the Product at the time of shipment or provided electronically from Illumina.
