Customer Space definition

Customer Space means the portion of the Data Center(s) and associated power which QTS licenses to Customer under a Work Order. The location of the Customer Space shall be determined by QTS in its sole discretion, provided however, Customer’s reasonable preferences shall be considered.
Customer Space means the particular portion of the Company Facilities allocated for use by Customer (excluding without limitation storage for un-deployed equipment, common passages, Company offices, site operational equipment), sometimes called a “assigned hosted resources, cabinet”, “rack”, or “cage” in the industry.
Customer Space means the portion of the Data Center(s) and associated power in which QUALITYTECH licensed Customer under an Order. The location of the Customer Space shall be determined by QUALITYTECH in its sole discretion, provided however, Customer’s reasonable preferences shall be considered.

Examples of Customer Space in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that (i) it has been granted only a license to occupy the Customer Space and use the Internet Data Centers and any equipment provided by Exodus in accordance with this Agreement, (ii) Customer has not been granted any real property interest in the Customer Space or Internet Data Centers, and (iii) Customer has no rights as a tenant or otherwise under any real property or landlord/tenant laws, regulations, or ordinances.

  • Customer, at its own cost and expense, will protect, maintain and keep in good order the Customer Space and any Equipment in such space.

  • It is understood that QTS’s interest in the Customer Space and Data Center may be that of ground lessee, rather than owner.

  • No proxy shall be valid more than eleven (11) months after the date of its execution.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer acknowledges that it does not have, has not been granted and will not hold any real property interest in the Customer Space or the facility and that Customer is a licensee and not a tenant or lessee of the Customer Space.


More Definitions of Customer Space

Customer Space shall have the same meaning as “Premises” in the Lease Agreement for purposes of this Addendum.
Customer Space has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.2.
Customer Space shall have the same meaning as “Customer Space” under the Master Agreement or “Premises” in the Lease Agreement for purposes of this Addendum.
Customer Space means the dedicated suite, cage or cabinet space licensed to Customer by Iron Mountain under this Agreement.

Customer Space means the space EDC licenses to Customer as described in the Order Form.
