Custody Terms definition

Custody Terms means the agreement entered into directly between the Third Party Custodian and the Client as appended in either Schedule IV or Schedule V, as the context dictates.
Custody Terms means the terms set out in Schedule 6 (Custody Terms) to this Agreement, any relevant definitions set out in Clause 1.1 of this Agreement and any other clauses of the Agreement specifically referenced in the Custody Terms.

  • These Custody Terms and Conditions contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to the matters contemplated by these Custody Terms and Conditions and supersede all previous agreements between the parties relating to such matters.

  • Please keep these Custody Terms and Conditions in a safe place in case you need to refer to them in the future.

  • These Master Custody Terms have been prepared by Ridgex Investments plc (the “ Issuer”), to be used for Series backed by Base Metals (defined below) issued by the Issuer under its GPF Physical Metal ETC Securities Programme (the “Programme”).

  • Custody transfer means the transfer of produced crude oil and/or condensate, after processing and/or treating in the producing operations, from storage tanks or automatic transfer facilities to pipelines or any other forms of transportation.

  • Data Terms Website means hxxx:// or any successor website the address of which is provided by the Custodian to the Fund.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx:// (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Custody means joint legal custody, sole legal custody, joint physical custody or sole

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Standard Terms means the document titled ‘Service Agreement - Standard Terms’ version 1.1, published on the website at xxxx:// or such other website as We may from time to time notify You, as updated or replaced from time to time in accordance with clause 1.2(d)

  • Custodial Agreement An agreement that may be entered into among the Company, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and a Custodian pursuant to which the Custodian will hold certain documents relating to the Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Trustee. Custodian: A custodian appointed pursuant to a Custodial Agreement.

  • Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Underlying Agreement means an agreement that is an underlying agreement for the purposes of paragraph 48 or Schedule 6 to the Act.

  • Bond Purchase Agreement means a Bond Purchase Agreement, dated as of the sale of the Series 2019 Bonds, entered into by and between KUB and the Underwriter, in substantially the form of the document attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to such changes as permitted by Section 9 hereof, as approved by the President and Chief Executive Officer of KUB, consistent with the terms of this resolution;

  • Delivery Term has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
