Current Government Contract definition

Current Government Contract means any Government Contract that has not yet expired or terminated, or for which final payment has not been received.

More Definitions of Current Government Contract

Current Government Contract means any Government Contract respect to which (a) the period of performance has not yet expired, (b) final payment has not been received, or (c) any claims have not been fully and finally resolved.
Current Government Contract means any Government Contract (a) the period of performance of which has not yet expired, (b) for which final payment has not yet been received, or (c) for which any Claims (existing as of the Effective Date) have not been fully and finally resolved.
