CSALB means the Alternative Banking Dispute Resolution Center, i.e. an autonomous, non- governmental, apolitical, non-profit legal entity of public interest, established under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015 on alternative resolution of disputes between consumers and traders, which transposes on national level, the Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (CE) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/CE on cooperation between national authorities responsible for the enforcement of consumer protection laws and Directive 2009/22/CE on injunctions for the protection of consumers' interests.
