Cross Connect Service definition

Cross Connect Service or “Cross Connect” shall mean a copper or fiber optic cabling cross-connected between A2000 provided Colocation (cabinets, racks, and/or suites), other A2000 provided Service or Facilities and/or third party provided services or facilities that terminate within the A2000 Colocation Facility.

  • Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, any (3)Link(R) Cross Connect Service or Mondo Condo Fiber Link Service will be interconnected to a Level 3 provided panel within the Level 3 Gateway (and not directly to Customer provided equipment or facilities).

  • Channelized OC-12): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $0.00 to $1,950.00 for OC-12 Intra Building Channelized Cross Connect Service at 6 Circuit IDs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • In lieu of any other rates and charges, Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $0.00 and a Non-Recurring Charge of $0.00 for DS1 Network Cross Connect Service.

  • This Service Schedule is applicable only where Customer orders (3)Link® Cross Connect Service and/or Mondo Condo Fiber Link Service.

  • Link® Cross Connect Service is copper or fiber optic cabling cross-connected between Level 3 provided (3)Center® Colocation (cabinets and/or suites), other Level 3 provided Service or Facilities and/or third party provided services or facilities that terminate within the Level 3 Gateway.

  • Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, any (3)Link® Cross Connect Service or Mondo Condo Fiber Link Service will be interconnected to a Level 3 provided panel within the Level 3 Gateway (and not directly to Customer provided equipment or facilities).

  • The Service Schedules attached hereto are listed below: Service Schedule— (3)LinkSM Private Line Service Service Schedule— (3)LinkSM Global Wavelength Service Service Schedule— (3)PacketSM Service Service Schedule— (3)CrossRoadsSM Service Service Schedule— (3)ConnectSM Modem Service Service Schedule— (3)LinkSM Cross Connect Service and Mondo Condo Fiber Link Service and are integral parts hereof and are hereby made a part of this Agreement.

  • After receipt by Interxion of such confirmation, Interxion shall complete the last part of the CCOF and send it to the Customer and, after receipt of Customer’s confirmation, will start installing the requested Cross Connect Service.

  • Customer Commit Dates may not be provided for Level 3 Cross Connect Service, in which case service delivery shall constitute Level 3’s acceptance.

  • Upon request of Customer at the time of submission of the applicable Customer Order, Level 3 will interconnect such (3)Link® Cross Connect Service or Mondo Condo Fiber Link Service directly to Customer provided equipment or facilities within the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; provided, however, Level 3 shall not be liable to Customer or any third party for any loss or damage to such Customer provided equipment or facilities arising out of such direct interconnection.

  • China Connect Service means the order-routing service through which Northbound orders placed by an Exchange Participant may be transmitted by an SEHK Subsidiary to the corresponding China Connect Market for the buying and selling of China Connect Securities and any related supporting services.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the Housing Party.

  • Direct service means services involving face-to-face assistance to a consumer such as transporting a consumer or providing therapy.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.
