Created Content definition

Created Content means any content created as part of the Services, and includes the Deliverables.
Created Content means such Content as Vine Code has created for the Services after the date of this Agreement or such Content as existed in the Services prior to the date of this Agreement but excluding the Platform and any other software;
Created Content. The Software may allow you to create content, including, but not limited to, a gameplay map, scenario, screenshot, car design, character, item, or video of your game play. In exchange for use of the Software, and to the extent that your contributions through use of the Software give rise to any copyright interest, you hereby grant Licensor an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable, and sub- licensable worldwide right and license to use your contributions in any way and for any purpose in connection with the Software and related goods and services, including, but not limited to, the rights to reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, perform, display, publish, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise communicate to the public by any means whether now known or unknown and distribute your contributions without any further notice or compensation to you of any kind for the whole duration of protection granted to intellectual property rights by applicable laws and international conventions. You hereby waive and agree never to assert any moral rights of paternity, publication, reputation, or attribution with respect to Licensor's and other players' use and enjoyment of such assets in connection with the Software and related goods and services under applicable law. This license grant to Licensor, and terms above regarding any applicable moral rights, will survive any termination of this Agreement.

Examples of Created Content in a sentence

  • In consideration for the license, Provider shall pay to Customer within thirty (30) days after each anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement the Customer Created Content Revenue collected by Provider in the year ending on such anniversary.

  • The Brand agrees that when posting Created Content to the Brand’s social media accounts or website, the Brand will credit and / or tag the Content Creator in the post, as may be applicable in the circumstances.

  • DiningTek will use commercially reasonable efforts to update, take down, or otherwise modify Restaurant Content and/or DiningTek Created Content available on the Platform in the manner requested by Restaurant within forty-eight (48) hours after its receipt of a written request from Restaurant to do so.

  • If the Customer uses the Hosting Service to create lessons, practice questions, assignments or tests (the "Created Content") that is different from and does not otherwise infringe the copyright in respect of the Original Content, Maplesoft shall grant to Customer a perpetual, royalty-free, world-wide license to use the Created Content solely for the purpose of Academic Internal Use with its Students.

  • This limitation applies to the broadcast of Medical Edge Radio, and to the use of Medical Edge Radio content in Licensee Created Content.

  • This limited license allows you to use the Stock and Model Content for direct inclusion in, or as models for, User Created Content, or as otherwise made readily useful by the manner in which DocuPlayer makes it available to you.
