Upon the termination or expiry of this Agreement, the Contractor must return or with the agreement of the Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC Representative, destroy any manuals, drawings, computer programs and other documents supplied by the State or the State's Representative to the Contractor and any other property belonging to the State used as part of this Project.
The CRC Representative will be held accountable for the quality of the Project Planning.
