It is understood that the above benefit is directly reduced by payments from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and CPP employee and dependent child benefits.
SpinCo Employee has the meaning set forth in the Employee Matters Agreement.
Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
U.S. Employee means a person who is an employee of the Company (or of any Subsidiary) for purposes of section 422 of the Code.
Partnership Employee means an employee of the Partnership or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Partnership, if any.
