• The Hospital will provide immediate written notification to CIR/SEIU of all scheduled and pending site inspections, reviews, and inspections reports made by ACGME, The Joint Commission, ADA, AOA, and CPME, and all other relevant accrediting bodies.

• It is the policy of MLH that each graduate medical education program will establish a formal policy governing resident clinical experience and education (formerly called duty hours) that is in compliance with the requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the Society for Surgical Oncology (SSO), the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME), and The Fellowship Council (TFC).

• As required by ACGME and/or CPME, all applicable benefits will be provided upon employment.

• This Agreement hereby incorporates by reference the ACGME or CPME Requirements.
