CP Equipment definition

CP Equipment means all equipment installed, operated and/or connected from time-to-time by the CP or the CP Visitors in a Point of Presence pursuant to this Contract provided always that such equipment is used for the Permitted Use for the appropriate service variant;
CP Equipment means the equipment installed by a CP at a CP Site;
CP Equipment any equipment located at the CP Site, a WFLLA Site or End User Site owned by CP or a Tthird Pparty which when operated in conjunction with KCOM’s Equipment allows CP to obtain and/or receive the Services;

Examples of CP Equipment in a sentence

  • Borrower promises to make payments of principal on each Quarterly Payment Date in the amount equal to the product of (A) the aggregate Equipment Fixed Rent payable by Lessee on such date under the Equipment Lease Supplements and (B) the Tranche A Percentage and (C) a fraction, the numerator of which is the outstanding principal amount of this Tranche A CP Equipment Note and the denominator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Notes.

  • As provided in the Loan Agreement, this Tranche A CP Equipment Note is required to be prepaid and may be accelerated under certain circumstances.

  • No recourse to or against Borrower or any employee, officer, director, incorporator, stockholder, partner or agent of Borrower shall be had for the payment for any amount owing by Borrower under this Tranche A CP Equipment Note or any other Operative Document.

  • Borrower hereby waives presentment, demand, notice, protest and all other demands or notices in connection with the delivery, acceptance, performance, default or enforcement of this Tranche A CP Equipment Note.

  • Each such CP Equipment Note shall be in a maximum principal amount equal to the Tranche A Equipment Percentage, in the case of the Tranche A CP Equipment Note, and the Tranche B Equipment Percentage, in the case of the Tranche B CP Equipment Note, of $10,000,000.

  • External CableConnect provides a passive connection between the CP Compliant Equipment located in a Specified Floor Area in a CP Equipment Room in a WFLLA Site and the CP’s Network located within the curtilage of the same WFLLA Site or at a specified location within 100 metres of the curtilage of the same WFLLA Site.

  • Borrower agrees to pay on demand all out-of-pocket costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' costs and fees, incurred or paid by Agent or CP Lender in connection with the enforcement of this Tranche A CP Equipment Note.

  • On the Document Closing Date, Borrower shall issue to Agent, on behalf of CP Lender, two Equipment Notes (a "Tranche A CP Equipment Note" in substantially the form of Exhibit A-CE and a "Tranche B CP Equipment Note" in substantially the form of Exhibit B-CE).

  • KCOM may disconnect any CP Equipment and/or End User Equipment which does not conform to such standards or approval or which, in KCOM’s reasonable opinion, may cause death, personal injury or damage to property or impair the quality of the Services or any other services provided by KCOM, including services to Third Parties.

  • Leased Equipment means the vehicles, computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other similar items leased and used or held for use by Seller or a Subsidiary primarily in the operation or conduct of the Engenio Business but excluding any such items primarily related to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.
