Court Documents definition

Court Documents has the meaning ascribed to it in clause (i) on Annex D.
Court Documents means pleadings and other legal documents filed with the Court through the File & ServeXpress System.
Court Documents means electronic images of documents that are part of or included in a court file.

More Definitions of Court Documents

Court Documents means the documents required for the purposes of the Court Hearings, including (as applicable) originating process, affidavits, submissions and draft minutes of Court orders.
