Countersigning Officer definition

Countersigning Officer means a constable who is of a higher rank than the reporting officer appointed for the purposes of any proceedings under these Regulations;
Countersigning Officer means an Officer of the Department not lower in rank than an Inspector of Schools, who will exercise immediate administrative control over the aided Primary Schools and who is authorised to countersign the bills of grants etc., of the institutions after the grants are sanctioned by the Competent Authority.
Countersigning Officer means an Officer of the Department empowered to exercise immediate administrative control over the aided institutions or to countersign the bills of the institutions after the grants
